1 blood or navel orange (peeled)
1 large carrot
1/2 cup frozen mango chunks
2/3 cup cold water (or coconut water for additional potassium)
1 TBSP ground flax seed
1.5 tsp turmeric
pinch kosher salt
1 cup Fage 0% greek yogurt (can also use IsoPure Infusions for more tropical flavor)
Combine all ingredients and blend until smooth.
