The beginner-friendly workout series designed to jump start your fitness routine. This 3 month Strength & Conditioning program progresses in intensity from Week 1 to Week 12 (32 workouts total!) as you get faster, stronger, and more confident. Head Coach Natalia Perez-Segnini will be at your side every step of the way with form and movement guidance to get the most out of the program.

Whether you have zero athletic training experience or or need some help getting back into a routine, the Rookie Series is for you. All backgrounds and fitness levels are welcome, and minimal equipment is needed. You'll need at least 3 cones (anything you can use as a marker), a pair of medium weight dumbbells, and something to slide on the floor.
